Bank Independent welcomes Gilreath to Morgan County

SHEFFIELD – Crystal Gilreath, with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, has been named Bank Independent’s vice president – sales officer for Morgan County. She is based at the bank’s Decatur Beltline Sales Office. 

With a career built on strong client relationships and strategic financial solutions, Gilreath has earned a reputation for helping business owners navigate growth and expansion through tailored lending strategies, according to a news release. From new construction and real estate to equipment financing and working capital, her approach is rooted in personalized service and deep industry knowledge. 

“I’m honored to join Bank Independent and work alongside a team that shares my commitment to local business growth and personalized, relationship-driven service,” said  Gilreath. “Supporting entrepreneurs and helping them turn business goals into growth stories is not just what I do — it’s who I am.” 

Gilreath has served in volunteer leadership capacities with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber and the Arab Chamber of Commerce for more than a decade, including roles as ambassador, emissary, and board member.
