HUNTSVILLE – As three companies joined the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame, a new group of award-winners was announced today by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber.

Intuitive Research and Technology, Modern Technology Solutions and PeopleTec were welcomed with the honor that is bestowed on companies who have won Best Places to Work for 10 or more years. The Hall of Fame launched in 2021.

The winners were announced during a luncheon in the Von Braun Center Saturn Ballroom. The results were based on employee surveys. Companies also use the employee feedback to improve. Results are tabulated by Quantum Workplace and were kept confidential prior to the event.

“These are companies that are committed to retaining and recruiting the best of the best employees in Huntsville,” said Ashley Engles-Ross, the Chamber’s vice president of Small Business. “By participating in the Best Places to Work program, they are investing in understanding what their employees want and need today, and assessing what their employees will want and need in the coming years.

“It’s very apropos for Huntsville — these are companies with an eye on how to do things right now and how to make things better in the future.”
