HUNTSVILLE — Century Communities, an online home sales company, has entered the Huntsville real estate market.
Laurenwood is slated to open in Athens next month. The development will offer single- and two-story floor plans within commuting distance of Huntsville.
Two additional communities will open in 2024: Ramsay Cove in Owens Cross Roads and Kendall Glades in Toney, the company said.
