Florence night school student arrested for terroristic threats

FLORENCE — A Florence night school student has been charged with making terroristic threats, according to the Florence Police Department.

Jadarus Foster, 18, was arrested Monday after a Florence Police Department School Resource Officer was alerted about a threat to the Florence High School.

According to police, about 4 p.m. Monday, an individual was seen in a video pointing a gun at the camera and threatening to shoot the school.
The school resource officer recognized the individual as Foster and he was at the high school participating in night school.
Police said the officer made contact with Foster and, after further investigation, he was arrested for terroristic threats in the first degree.
