MADISON — Get ready, Madison – the witches are back!

They won’t be riding in the sky on brooms, but local “witches” will take flight Sunday on bicycles, golf carts, and on foot through downtown Madison for the annual Madison Witches Ride. This family-friendly Halloween tradition organized by Madison Visionary Partners, fills the streets with spooky fun as candy is tossed to eager children lining the route.

This year’s ride will travel along Garner Street, behind the Madison City Schools Stadium, offering prime viewing for families and candy catchers.

More than just a whimsical community celebration, the Witches Ride is an event with heart.

All proceeds will benefit the Madison Miracle League, a transformative project to build a fully inclusive Miracle League field at Palmer Park, where children of all abilities can experience the joy of baseball in a safe, accessible environment.

Following the ride, the celebration continues with a Community Block Party at Home Place Park at 100 Shorter Street. Families can enjoy children’s activities, food trucks, and a DJ spinning spooky tunes.
