Public safety service career fair set for Madison County

HUNTSVILLE – Eight public safety organizations are joining forces to recruit new recruits into their ranks. And, to fill those ranks, they are hosting a career fair in April.

Representatives for those agencies will announce the Madison County Public Safety Career Fair at a news conference Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Huntsville-Madison County 911 Center located at 1570 Old Monrovia Road.

The career fair, set for April 6 from 2-6 p.m., will feature representatives from Huntsville Police Department, Huntsville Fire & Rescue, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, HEMSI, Madison Police Department, Madison Fire & Rescue, Madison County Sheriff’s Office and Huntsville Police Dispatch.

Attendees will include Hayden McMahon and Kevin Becatti of the Huntsville Police Department; Capt. Greg Free, Madison County Sheriff’s Office; Sgt. Davin Hill, Madison City Police Department; and other public safety representatives.
