MADISON — A section of Slaughter Road will be closed Thursday night for water main installation, Huntsville Utilities announced.
Beginning 9 p.m. Thursday, Huntsville Utilities Water Operations will close Slaughter Road between Old Madison Pike and Madison Boulevard/Alabama 20 for the project.
Motorists should avoid this area and use Shelton Road and Governors West during the project, which is expected to last until 5 a.m.
